Skills:
We are looking for highly organized individuals with excellent problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.
SAP and SDR (AS 400) experience is a plus.
Salary: $12 to $14 an hour (Depending on Experience)

ASSISTANT SHOWROOM MANAGER
Trainee Program that consists of experiencing the 3 main departments within our company before transitioning into becoming Assistant Showroom Manager at one of our main US branches (Houston, TX, Chicago, IL or Carson, CA).

1. Customer Service Department (6 months) Responsibilities include:
- Handle 15 - 30 accounts
- Order entry
- Order follow-up
- Assist customers via phone & e-mail
- Increase sales through Product Knowledge
2. Logistics Department (3 months)
- Schedule carriers for our 5 distribution centers nationwide
- Obtain competitive freight quotes for our customers
- Process & Follow-up on Direct Container orders for our factories in Brazil & Spain
- Work with A/P dept. in order to process freight bills
- Analyze opportunities/ methods to reduce freight costs
Accounts Receivable Department (3 months)
- New Customer Set Up

Once trainee period is completed, candidate will be offered a position as a Showroom Assistant Manager, where candidate will utilize skills learned in corporate office to successfully manage every aspect of our Retail Showrooms. Additionally, Assistant showroom manager will be responsible for ensuring sales goals are met.
*** Candidate may be asked to relocate earlier than the defined 1 yr. trainee period.
